BF flotation machine

Flotation machine is based on the different physical and chemical properties of mineral surface to separate. It is suitable for the separation of black (iron, cobalt) and non-ferrous (copper, lead, zinc, antimony, molybdenum, etc.) and rare and precious (tantalum, gold, silver, etc.) metal ores and non-metallic (fluorite, barite, sodium blue, etc.) minerals.

Parameters

Flotation machine is based on the different physical and chemical properties of mineral surface to separate. It is suitable for the separation of black (iron, cobalt) and non-ferrous (copper, lead, zinc, antimony, molybdenum, etc.) and rare and precious (tantalum, gold, silver, etc.) metal ores and non-metallic (fluorite, barite, sodium blue, etc.) minerals.

The core technology of flotation machine is the technical content of impeller and stator. According to the aeration and stirring mode of flotation machine, it is mainly divided into two categories: mechanical stirring self-priming flotation machine and aeration stirring flotation machine.

The mechanical agitation flotation machine is a kind of external air self-priming flotation machine, which is composed of impeller and stator. It mainly includes XJ, SF, BF, HGF, JJF and so on. The characteristic of this kind of flotation machine is that it can self-priming air and pulp. When middlings return, it is easy to realize gravity flow, less auxiliary equipment, neat equipment configuration, simple operation and maintenance, etc

Highlight the advantages
The aeration agitation flotation machine is equipped with a mechanical agitation device and a special external fan to force air in. The mechanical stirring device plays the role of mixing pulp and distributing air flow. The air is pressed in by an external fan. Compared with the general mechanical stirring flotation machine, it has the following characteristics:
1. The aeration rate can be adjusted and constant, which is helpful to improve the processing capacity and separation index of flotation machine
2. The impeller does not play the role of suction, so the speed is low, the power consumption is small, the wear is small, and the brittle minerals are not easy to produce the phenomenon of argillization
3. Due to the large treatment capacity and shallow tank, the power consumption per unit treatment capacity is low. The disadvantage is that a set of aeration system is needed and the floor area is large.
